Does the NR-70V have built-in a spreadsheet and/or word processor? If not, what are the names of simple ones? I don't need alot of functions.

Hi!
Easiest one to use (in my humble opinion) is Documents To Go from DataViz (at www.dataviz.com). I've got both Docs-to-go and Sheet-to-go which will allow you to sync Microsoft Word documents and Excel spreadsheets respectively - to and from PC to Clie.

I agree Doc to Go by Datavis is grea!!! If I remember correctly the basic version shipps with the new Sony NX and NR handhelds...
