Do you need CF card slot capability? If not, the x30 is thinner and lighter.

If you do not use or need CF slot, then i would go with x30 because of it's smaller size. And i probably won't get the extra acccesories such as memory card or case, i would get that some where else, sd card price is coming down fast and you can probably need more capacity that what they are offering and i don't know what kind of case they are offering. That would get the price to around $300 and that's not a bad deal at all.
