Partial syncing issue

I have a user with a Tungsten E. It will only do a partial sync of the outlook calendar.

There are no errors in the log.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the palm app. I removed all referances to it in his roaming profile as well prior to reinstalling.

The device still will not sync completly.

He is now having an additional issue where wordsmith will not sync.

The standard first thing to try is a soft reset and see if this fixes the problem. The next thing is to see if there's a pattern to what addresses are not syncing. For example, do you have some records marked private and have the conduit set to not sync private entries? It's possible to filter addresses in Outlook so they don't appear but they still sync with the Palm.

You need to describe exactly what problems he's having syncing Wordsmith beofre I can help you with that. I will say that, since you've done an uninstall and reinstall, it's possible this the beginning of a hardware problem so you should make sure he has a good backup in case the Palm dies completely.
