I am going to start a project for developing an open-source palm os divx/xvid player. Next week I will put up a site with the plans, development strategies and goals.
But first I would like to check if there are any developers around that would like to help developing?
An open-source Palm OS divx/xvid player is the only program we still need. For the PocketPC platform there are about 5 divx/xvid players and 2 of them are open-source.
For palm OS there is only 1 player, and it isn't even free. It is time we do something about it.
We can use the open-source pocketpc players as a quickstart. It is time we get a REAL player, for palm OS and not a weird commercial "program".
