Just received my Axim 30 and love it. My next project is to configure my Axim 30 to my home computer network to access my e-mail and the Internet via my ISP (Time Warner - Road Runner).

I would greatly appreciate anyone's assistance with the above question and the following:

1). Must I subscribe to another ISP if I want to access the Internet and my home RoadRunner e-mail account outside of my home?

2). Do I need a network card to use the WiFi and Bluetooth feature?

Thank You,

Wayne

1> It depends on how you want to connect to internet outside your home. If you connect via wifi at hotspots then no, you don't need to subscribe to another isp but you may have to pay fee for non-free hotspot. If you connect via bluetooth using your cell phone then you probably need to subscribe to extra service with your cell provider.

2> Dell has two x30 models than comes with built-in wifi and bluetooth and one without. If your axim has little stubby antenna on the top right, then you don't need anything else to use wifi and bluetooth. You will need to have wifi or bluetooh on the other side of connection though, for example if you want to connect via wifi to your desktop, then you need to have your have network setup with proper equipments.
