Tron_1 12-21-2004, 06:01 PM Not that I know of. What specifically are you looking for? Tron_1 Markstanco 12-21-2004, 10:25 PM I was wanting to "roll forward" some miles on it. Long story, but if I could get maybe an extra 10K it will be worth some $$$. :) Moose Man 12-21-2004, 10:43 PM Originally posted by Markstanco I was wanting to "roll forward" some miles on it. Better yet, lend your iQue to an commercial pilot. apersson850 12-22-2004, 03:02 AM Must be one of the few issues, where it's a pity that the simulation mode doesn't update the odometer... I hope your co-worker doesn't monitor this board otherwise your secrets out......those of us here in the US knows that the IRS monitors this board as they are all seeing all knowing much like the evil eye of the Lord of the Rings movies, oops! Sorry, let that cat out of the bag. :D apersson850 12-22-2004, 09:06 AM I don't know if this works, but you could try: With GPS off, Open QueGPS, set New Location using Map. Set it to some place far away. Now open the antenna and let it find its position. Perhaps it counts the distance between where you told it it was and where it now is? It's a good suggestion and if it works I think you should get part of the "bet". si4xp 12-22-2004, 10:27 AM Originally posted by Moose Man ....those of us here in the US knows that the IRS monitors this board as they are all seeing all knowing much like the evil eye of the Lord of the Rings movies, oops! Reminds me of a movie I saw recently called "Enemy of the State" that shows the unbelieveable power that NSA wields to snoop on you on the fly. apersson850 12-22-2004, 10:32 AM Originally posted by Moose Man It's a good suggestion and if it works I think you should get part of the "bet". Only if it works? Nothing for being generally cunning and devious? waltisimo 12-22-2004, 12:29 PM Buddy up to a taxi driver or delivery truck driver in your area and allow them to borrow it until the end of the year. Or you could build something in your back yard that would constantly move the iQue from one end to the other. Spend some money on a model railroad and an external battery for the iQue. PDA Street
