5mx to Ipaq4150

Can anyone help with "How To" transfer backed up files from psiwin2.3 into my Ipaq 4150. Specifically data contacts that work in MS Outlook.
I don't have a Psion 5mx anymore & just got a Ipaq4150:confused:

Do you have these data in desktop Outlook? if you do then you can just sync it over once you create the partnership with the ipaq. If not, i don't know how, but you need to export it to some standard format that you can export into desktop Outlook. Does Psion provide any desktop tool to read the backup files?
