I got a new GPS for christmas, it doesn't have bluetooth. It has NMEA serial output. Is there some way to interface it to my 1940???
Or any stand alone bluetooth device to add to the gps? (Magellan Platinum)
I want to be able to get turn by turn audio directions...
Thank YOu for any help

No, Ipaq 1900 series including your 1940 does not have serial host port so you cannot use serial devices such as keyboard or gps on these models. Bluetooth gps will work fine with your 1940 though, here's a review of socket gps tested with ipaq 1940;

You can buy a serial to bluetooth adapter for about $40.
