Motorla V551 connectivity

I just got a PalmOne Zire 72 and a Motorola V551.

Both of these devices are bluetooth enabled. I can't get them to work properly. I would like to use the phone as a modem for my Zire 72.

I'm currently using Cingular as my provider.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
