Calvados 11-15-2002, 07:17 AM Carl401, The reason that you are getting them back after a hard reset and a sync. The Palm does a backup of the programs you have installed and stores them in a directory on your desktop computer. When you hard reset and sync, it finds those and reinstalls them. To get everything back to normal do a sync. This will put everything back like it was, with the programs you want to delete. After that is done following the instructions below to delete the programs you wanted deleted and you will not have anymore problems with them coming back when you sync. You need to tap the menu command (the silk screen button on the lower left just next to the grafitti area). That should open a menu at the top that should give you the choice of "delete". Tap delete and then look for the program you want to delete. Tap that program and following the prompts. That should do it. Hope that this helps & have a good day, Calvados carl401 11-15-2002, 07:36 AM Thanks for the quick response. I'll try it and will let you know how it came out. PDA Street
