Dell Axim X30?

In the dell axim x30 is there a phone line point or do you just connect to ur broadband modem with the usb OR do you just use wireless. Thanks.

You will need wifi connection, there is no other type of conenction on the unit.

Ok then Ill buy the wifi one. Another question, is it easy to connect the axim to the computer via usb?

It should come with all the cable or cradle you need to connect the axim to a desktop to sync and install programs. All you need to do is install Activesync(which should be included as well) in the desktop.

Ok thanks for everything, but are you sure there isnt another way to connect to the internet other than wi fi or bluetooth? Its just the models with wi fi are 300euro+ and are very expensive. Also is it possible at a later stage to buy a wi fi card for my ppc if i get the non integrated wireless X30?

Yes, the sd slot on this axim can accept sd wifi card or sd bluetooth card. You can connect to internet when you put it in the cradle and use Activesync internet passthorugh if your desktop is connecting to internet.

Thanks! I decided to buy the dell axim x30 w/ wireless so I can connect to the internet. Also it has 32 more mb of ram and 32mb of space! I think it was a good buy, but the proof of the pudding will arrive in 3-4 days :D
