Getting SMS off Revo

I have a store of approx 500 SMS messages on my Revo. how can I get them off in a useful format (and store them in Outlook for instance). I cannot get the e-mail synch to work on them. I have backed them up onto my PC, but the format is binary and I cannot access them.

Please avoid cross-posting the same message over several different categories - it only creates confusion and fragmented discussion. This IS basically a synchronisation issue, so its rightful place is here. Don't worry - anyone with an interest in your topic will no doubt see it and respond.

I have personally never needed to synch SMS messages with PC, so I'm afraid I have nothing to offer on this one.
