I that what i need? i know g is better but i cant seem to find them anywhere. Im pretty sure thats the one i need for my h2215 but i would like a little assurance. Thanks alot

I've seen that same one used on older ipaqs, so I cant' see it being a problem.

Yes, the Linksys card above shoud work fine, here's instruction on how to install Senao driver (you may have difficulty with driver from Linksys):

thanks alot answer dude thats exzactly what i was looking for. What kind of troubles would i have with the linksys driver, is the senao easier to install or something. thanks alot

There are some people who reported having difficulty installing and getting Linksys driver to work.

Netgear has its own driver for wm2003, it's fairly basic but should work.
