My New T5

Does anyone know how to perform a hard reset on a T5. I just bought one and it's acting up.

I really could use the help.

Alright
Just make sure you have a current backup on your computer.

Hold the Power Button

While holding the power button, press the reset button in the back.

When the Palm logo is displayed, release the pwr button. Press up on the d-pad to confirm hard reset.
