doubs of annoying problems..

Sorry, posting again. I have a few doubts:
1. when I soft-reset the ppc, a pop-up appears saying that is not possible to start TKCreater.exe, which is an application that I have unninstaled. I hate it! Can anyone tell me how to remove it?
2. everytime I type the password in an internet connection, its " * " quantity is right, but when I come back to edit the connection, the " * " quantity is enormous, different of the password I putted before. I happens with every connection. So when I try to connect, it says that the password is incorrect.
3 - my battery is running out quickly, compared to the first months of my ppc. Is it because I have to wait to the battery go to 30% to charge?

1> Open file explorer in the ipaq and browse to My Device -- Windows -- StartUp and see if there is a shortcut to that program in there, if there is, tap&hold on it, you'll see option to delete it.

3> You should not wait for the battery to run down to charge it. Lithium Ion battery has no memory and cannot be overcharged, but it does have limited number of charge cycles(however large). It is recommeded to keep topping it off whenever you can.
