I use a blue tooth my Internet Connection and I can receive emails Just fine but when I try to send them it says "Can not send ...please make sure you have a networK Conn and your Password iS Correct" what am I doing wrong? my email is through Mediacom (@Mchsi.Com).

Serveral possible issues;

Are you using bluetooth cell phone internet connection? The cell provider may block certain tcp ports and outgoing mail can be one of them.

There may also be a restriction on your isp part that you need to log on and connect to the isp own network to be able to send mail, it's a policy to prevent spams.

There's an option "Outgoing e-mail server requires authentication" that you may have to check. This sometime can ovecome the 2nd issue mentioned above.
