Graham Tanner 11-29-2002, 07:08 AM avd, I don't have 5, but I do have 3! They are not brand new, they are machines used by my brothers little company which went bust earlier this year. One has all the manuals and PsiWin CD; one has a few manuals and no CD, and one is just a mchine only. They all work correctly, they all have working screens. Are you still looking? mooney paul 12-08-2002, 01:17 PM Can you tell me how much in USD for one of the MX's? I do not need manuals or PsiWin. Paul Graham Tanner 12-09-2002, 10:30 AM Mooney Paul, using the conversion rates today at www.xe.com, it works out at 205 USD for the Psion 5MX, and on top of that will be postage. I guess that it would be better, safer, and/or quicker by a courier - say UPS, Fedex, DHL or something. As you only want the 5MX and not the manuals or CD, I can slip it into a padded envelope, rather than trying to pack it into a larger box. Please let me know if you're still interested. Tony O'Riordan 12-09-2002, 09:32 PM Graham Tanner, I am interested in the 5MX with the CD, but perhaps on of the others. If you still have them please let me know.. What price are they? ( As i'm in the same town postage will not be a problem!!) Tony nigelp 12-10-2002, 04:44 AM Graham, have sent you a private message re the 5mx. AVD, try www.psionex.co.uk I have used them and are good to deal with Nigel Graham Tanner 12-10-2002, 07:32 AM Tony (and anyone else reading/watching), here's the deal. I have 3 (three) Psion 5MXs for sale. They are all in very good condition, working screens, all with a stylus. They have varying amounts of accessories. One has a real 'Psion' leather (or, leather-ish) case, PsiWin CD, all manuals, PC-link cable. One has areal 'Psion' leather case, some manuals, a pc-link cable. One is just the 5MX, no manuals, cable, case or anything. None of them have the original box. These are the remnants of a brothers failed company which went bust last Xmas, and he gave them to me (thanks bro! :D ). I had to acquire new bottom-covers for them, as they came with velcro strips across the bottom. New bottom cases were acquired and fitted, and now they are sitting in a cupboard at home. They are priced at £150, £140 and £130 respectively. If anyone is interested, please get in touch. I also have a Psion 5 'classic' in an electric blue case/skin - anyone interested? ShadowFix 12-10-2002, 08:10 AM how much for the 5 classic??? Graham Tanner 12-10-2002, 09:00 AM Shadowfix, how much for the 5 classic??? I see a lot of Psion 5 'classics' going for the £50+ range, and as this one has a special case I would expect to sell for a bit more - how about £65 plus postage. Here's what I put in my Newsgroup advert offering this Psion ... == A Psion 5 'classic' in a metalic blue 'skin' (case), in full working order, with a working screen and working backlight. The 'skin' is not covered by the rubber finish, so there is no peeling, although there is one very small chip in the blue finish (only about 1mm square). Also with the Psion is a Psion 5 instruction book and the original box. Nothing else is included - no PC link cable, no PsiWin disk. It will require a new memory 'button' battery quite soon. == I can see that you're listed as being in the UK, so postage will be about £5-£6 (I think). PDA Street
