Jim Cooke 01-15-2005, 12:47 PM What conduit are you using to sync with Outlook? Are you actually using two PST files or one PST file with two different profiles? What version of Outlook are you using? wcmclin 01-16-2005, 01:39 PM Outlook 2002, trying to verify the 2 pst files. Jim Cooke 01-16-2005, 07:26 PM The Zire 21 doesn't come with an Outlook conduit so I need to know if you are using the PalmOne Outlook conduits that came with your T|E to also sync her Zire 21 or if you are using Pocket Mirror. wcmclin 01-16-2005, 08:24 PM I have been using the palm conduits, but the pocket mirror icon is on the outlook tool bar. Kiilaa 01-17-2005, 03:21 AM On this email topic... how do you get VersaMail to work? I use email.37.com for email. how can I sync it up? Jim Cooke 01-17-2005, 12:44 PM The PM icon in Outlook is left over from a previous installation of PM. It looks like you must have installed the T|E desktop without uninstalling a previous version of the Palm desktop. In general, you will always get each other's data when syncing to Outlook because the the different profiles still use one PST file. This different than the Palm desktop, which will create multiple files for multiple users so users don't share information. If you want to sync two different handhelds to Outlook but not have any data shared, you'd need to buy Pocket Mirror Professional and follow the steps outlined at http://chapura.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/chapura.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_refno=990727-000071 to keep the data separate. First, it's always better to start a new topic than piggyback on to a topic which really has nothing to do with your question. I have no idea what email.37.com is and how you are trying to sync. You can only syncronize mail, which means it has to already be downloaded to a supported program like Outlook or Outlook Express. If you're trying sync directly using a modem or cell phone, you'd need to set up a network sync. There is more information about these options at http://kb.palmone.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=PalmSupportKB,ts=Palm_External20 01,Case=obj(12302) . PDA Street
