mail won't sync

I have followed all the instructions and even contacted Palm tech support, but I still can't seem to get my email to sync with my Palm m515. Everything else syncs fine but no email. I'm using the new Netscape 7.0 and it is set to be the default email client. I'm using the email sync program that came on the bonus disk. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I too am having problems with sync'ng up with my
Netscape mail, and was wondering, how you resolved your problem.
