Would be very grateful if anyone could advise me on two iPAQ 3970 battery questions.

1. I need to replace the internal battery on the 3970 and want the best replacement on the market, in terms of highest capacity and quality. Which one do you suggest?

2. I also want to replace the clip on battery to my CF Expansion Jacket. Which is the best one in terms of highest capacity and quality?
