Idea for a useful utility?

It seems there are some of you with the talent to write programs for the iQue. I'm lucky to be able to work it. After using my new 3600 for the last two weeks I thought of something that I think would be a cool program.

How often have you been rolling down the highway just cruising along when you notice that you are waay over the speed limit. (usually when you see someone else pulled over).

With the GPS running it keeps perfect track of your speed. It would be cool to have a program that would alert you whenever you exceeded a preset speed. This could be invaluble to keep one out of trouble on the highway.

Birdwatch also has speed alarms, one for highway and one for city speed limits.
