Has anyone else had trouble with World Book Encyclopedia 2004. Sometimes I get links that don't work. I clicked on one link and it brought up the message "couldn't decompress image. not a JPEG file: starts with 0x00FF 0x00FF", whatever that means. Then on another link it brought up a "fatal alert" message that said "MemoryMgr.c, Line:3635, NULL handle", whatever that means. Anyone had any problems like this? Any suggestions?
