Internal Antenna

My internal antenna quit working. Called Garmin, BUT there RMA computer was down, so Garmin will Email me the RMA number. That was 6 hours ago.
I use Betty at work every day keeping track of parts for the new Chevy Colbalt.
I asked Garmin to send me another unit. They don't have any to send so I will have to wait 10 thru 20 days for mine to be repaired and returned.

When my iQue went back for the-internal-antenna-stopped working, I was sent a new iQue almost immediately. Odds are in your favor that will happen to you, too. I hope so.! Kit

Garmin received my old iQue on Feb 9th. They sent me out another on the 14th and I received it on the 16th.

My old serial number is 91417888 and my new number is 9148xxxx.
I wonder if this is new or someones else iQue?

And I wonder if they got the problem fixed or will we have trouble with the internal antenna down the road?
