Hi, I came by this site while looking for info on replacing the capacitor for an m100. I followed the elna link given by Radio Randy :
http://www.elna-america.com/PDF/DSDSK.PDF
but could not find a local distributor here in Australia. However the Panasonic EECEN0F204A is equivalent and available locally. It too is 0.2F at 3.3v with physical dimensions diam 6.8mm ht 1.8mm and dpth 11.3mm.
I ended up purchasing one for $Au9.00 and once I got hold of a suitable
tool for opening the M100 it was a simple desolder the old and solder the
new. All is now fine.
By the way, I found the mobile phone toolkit from Tandy Electronics gave me
the tool I needed.
Hopefully this may be of help to any other users who find they lose all their data on changing batteries.
