Palm screen cracked

Hi, I have read some comments related to cracked screans and the same thing happened. One minute the palm is working the next time the screen is cracked. Same spot, lower right hand corner. I am attaching a picture. The cost of repair will be $165 Canadian. I would like to go thru my credit card insurance which doubles my warranty but if Palm does not admit to a defect them might also reject the claim. Is there anything from Palm to indicate that there is a defect problem? What a pain. This will be my last Palm if this is not resolved.
