! GB SD Card question

I will be buying the 1GB SD card for the Q. Is there anything that must be done other than plug it into the slot to use it?

Install the patch from Garmin's web site, if you haven't already done so. Among a few other things, it allows for formatting 1 GB cards in the iQue.

But apart from that, just plug in, honk the horn and drive!
