Hi,

I recently got a HP ipaq h6300 but I am unable to install the Avaya IP softphone for PocketPC release 2.3 on it. It keeps telling me that it is not a valid PocketPC application. Can anyone help??

How are you installing this? Generally, the installer will run on the desktop, make sure you have Activesync installed on the desktop, sync the ipaq then run the installer on the desktop, Activesync will install the application for you.
