How can I encrypt outlook.pst file in laptop

Thanks AD for your prompt answer to my question. Now I have another one which isn't, I'm afraid, directly to do with the iPAQ, but more my laptop and Outlook

Since I bought my hx4700 I've had to use Outlook for the first time. When I take my lap-top on the road I like to encrypt all my files using Axcrypt. But this outlook.pst file on the laptop (which has all my contacts etc.) won't let me do this. It always gives me an error that it's in use by another program - even if Outlook isn't running.

This may work, try close down Activesync completely, you either have to end process wcescomm.exe from Task Manager or use this ActiveSync Toggle
