Well I'm just about done in trying to resolve this issue myself for the last 4 hours and have to admit defeat, if anyone can shed some light, I'd be grateful. I have an Ipaq H3970 running pocket pc 2002. I have run eWallet very successfully for the last 2 years without any problems. I have always sync'd with ActiveSync. I have now downloaded the latest version of eWallet and have to sync using SyncPro within eWallet itself, which is stongly advised. It sort of worked to start with, then the program went belly up basically so I have completely reinstalled it tonight, and one by one, copied and pasted over all my cards, which I kept a copy of before uninstalling the knackered version. All well and good, sync'd OK, although it did have a couple of issues deleting some cards on the Pocket pc I had deleted from the desktop version. Anyway, I closed the program and was about to call it a night, when I synch'd using ActiveSync (for contacts etc), like normal, and it told me it couldn't synch eWallet. It should'nt have been looking for it anyway, but it was and now I have a permanently unresolved item within ActiveSync. The actual eWallet file is created in My Documents and has to be here. ActiveSync is looking for it within My Pocket PC_My Documents I think. Its driving me nuts!! Any ideas?

If you're no longer need to use activesync to sync ewallet, just clear the ewallet checkbox in syncronization setting on desktop's activesync, activesync should stop syncing it.

eWallet doesn't appear in the list anyway, but this morning, after rebooting, everything appears to be OK. Why it happened, I have no idea. Thanks for your assistance anyway.

using syncpro from time to time it stops syncing - i get an error message in the log file ffff****
I have to remove the file from my ipaq and then resync which creates a new file on my ipaq.
help at ewallet was no help
I have learned not to enter new info on my ipaq
