Hello All,
I am experiencing a strange problem on a 857.
Our CEO usually reads/deletes emails from BB, and I have configured the BB to delete emails from Outlook when synchronize. This works properly when I test the function.
But the strange thing is:
Everytime when CEO is back from travel for 5- 10 days, and synchronize his BB, nothing is deleted from Outlook, all the messages stay there in Outlook even though there is nothing on BB.
It seems to be that BB keeps some sort of history for a limited period. Is this true?
Any suggestion? Thanks so much.
