Reconsile Issue on 857

Hello All,

I am experiencing a strange problem on a 857.

Our CEO usually reads/deletes emails from BB, and I have configured the BB to delete emails from Outlook when synchronize. This works everytime I test the function

But the strange thing is:

Everytime when CEO is back from travel for 5- 10 days, and synchronize his BB, nothing is deleted from Outlook, all the messages stay there even though there is nothing on BB.

It seems to be that BB keeps some sort of history for a limited period. Is this true?

Given the fact that all your tests work, the only possability left is that he is selecting "delete prior" to erase his messages off the BlackBerry. This option under messages erases all messages prior to the selected date, but will never mark them to be deleted when syncing. It was included as a way to clean up the handheld's emails without having to worry about erasing them from Outlook.

That HAS to be the problem. If not though, let me know. Email reconciliation is pretty simple, there is a very small amount of things that effect it.
