Palm IIIc - can I switch off reminders?

I would like to switch off reminders on my Palm IIIc - how do I do this?

Are you talking about the alarms in the Datebook? You would have to find all alarms and delete them. If they are all in the past, you can:
1) Go to Datebook
2) Pick Menu/Record/Purge...
3) Where it says "Delete events older than:", pick 1 week then pick OK.
4) All alarms older than 1 week will be deleted. The rest you can delete manually.
