new to iPAQ

I just got a HP iPAQ rx3100 for Valentines day and am trying to find additional software for it. Like games, more secure security, etc. I am running Windows Mobile 2003 and am having a hard time finding software... Where can i go to find it? Also will Windows CE programs work on it?? I am a computer tech, but used to Palm Pilots and Palm One products. Never used an HP... Any help and info would be great help!!
