I have a ipaq h3800 and i have put videos on it using a video converter to convert them into the pocket pc format (is what it was labeled as) The videos are the same size and the windows media player rectangle in the middle of the screen when windows media player is open. When i make it full screen it stays the same size. How can i make my videos take up the full screen and be bigger. thanks

The size is probably too small, try changing it to 320X240 and to compensate for the larger size, lower the bitrate a little bit.

You do it during the conversion process. There should be options inside converter for you to change these settings just before you convert the file. What converter are you using?

I never use this tool, but i am certain you can change video size, perhaps try click Option button and see if it lets you configure video attributes. You can also convert the video to divx or xvid encoded AVI format and use free Betaplayer to play it.
