Avantgo sync problems

Has anyone had any problems syncing with Avantgo? I have the program loaded, the software selected, but everytime I sync and then look for anything, the Clie tells me I have nothing selected. Am I missing something? I looked at the FAQ and there wasn't much there. Thanks.

Are you a member of Avantgo and able to log on to the Avantgo website? If you are go to 'Manage account'/manage your subscriptions. Your synced subscriptions should be listed here. if you need to add any new channels click on the 'Categories' tab and follow the instructions. Hope this is helpful?

Yep, I am a member. I have 3 channels selected, but for some reason, the pda won't recognize the internet sync. It recognized it to put the initial program on the pda, but it doesn't recognize that I have selected channels. It says I have subscribed to those selections, but after multiple syncs, it says I have no synced subscriptions. Not sure what I am not doing.
