Picture editing?

I love to do picture editing with Adobe Photoshop on my computer. I was wondering what program out there is the best for picture editing. I would like something extremely similar to Photoshops layout if not exact. Thanks for your input.

P.S. If i would be working with photo shop i need the screen to be at a higher resolution. Wasnt there a program that does this?

Hmm. I got .Pocket to work for a little bit but everytime it resets now it just hangs after i get to the loading screen. I have an Ipaq rx3715. Any sugestions on what to do?

When you refer to loading screen, do you mean loading screen of dotpocket or loading screen after you soft reset the unit?
If you have problem using dotpocket. Did you install it on the storage card? Try uninstall it and install it on the main memory.
If you have problem access your ipaq.
Remove the storage card and try soft reset again if you installed the program on the storage card. If not, try connect to the desktop and see if activesync recognizes the ipaq and you may be able to uninstall idotpocket from the desktop. As a last resort, hard reset may be your only way out.
