Generally, to install programs on Windows CE, you have to install Activesync on the desktop
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/downloads/activesync38.mspx
Then connect the device to your desktop, make sure activesync is running, run the installer on the desktop and actviesync will install it for you.

My prob isnt with synicing up the comps. My prob is figureing out a way to conect them. I dont have a 9pin conection on my cpu (and lack the money to buy one for a week or so). Any sugestions on how to get the info onto a Cf card so i could transfer it that way??? My only other idea would be to conect up the 56k modem and download it directly. Thanks

Log onto the internet and download nPop for your Mobilepro. It is a mail browser that supports email attachements.

Then from your desktop, send yourself an email with the file you want attached.

Hang up, and reconnect with your Mobilepro and download the message you wrote to yourself with the attachment.

And the file you are looking for is a .CAB file which is installer for windows ce. Run the setup on the desktop and it will create the .CAB file in its own folder under Microsoft Activesync folder, you may have to choose the appropriate one if there are mutiple .CAB files. If you have usb card reader that attach to desktop, you can transport the file that way as well. Once you get .CAB file to the unit browse to it and click on it to install.

add to Answerdudes response, the Microsoft Activesync folder is found in the C:\Program Files subdirectory.
