New iPAQ hz4700 - running Agenda Fusion - need to sync with Groupwise - works fine except every 3-4 weeks when Intellisync begins to crash repeatedly. Log indicates the crash happens after the first one or two records on the PPC are READ.
Believe me, everyting running is latest version, latest patches.
Does anyone have a handle on this? Pumatech tells me there's "correupted" data on the PPC, and their only sol'n is a hard reset.
I've tried narrowing down the scope of synchronization, but get crashes anyway.
Syncs fine with Outlook, by the way.
Any help much appreciated!
