Strange problem 957

Hello I am hoping someone might be able to
help me with a strange problem I am having on
my 957 from Rogers in Canada.
About 2 months ago my browser (go-web 6.2) stopped
allowing me to get to the "Rogers home" site.
Normally you get to it by clicking the wheel and picking "Rogers home" while in the go-web browser.
In my case the browser tries to get the site but the 957 never gets any response from the tower and eventually it times out
and I get a message saying "unable to retrieve page at this time. try again by selecting refresh from the menu"
What's odd is that I can get to other sites fine and most of my personal bookmarks work fine.
I have contacted Rogers service in Canada 8 times and they seem to think that reloading all the BB software and reinstalling go-web will fix my problem but it never does.
I have version 2.1.23 of the O/S and version 2.2.23.0 of go-web.
Does anyone have any ideas?

I too have a rogers 957 (deactivated now because i have a 6710).

I had that similar problem. When you damage your BB 957, they cross ship you another berry imediately. Now that's good service. However everytime i did this (4 times, i'm a big traveler) the go.web service failed to work. I had to call them many times but eventually when they checked their settings and contacted the US go.web provider (when you travel to the US it's a different handler for web access) they found that they had the old 957 PIN still registered for go.web access in Canada and the U.S, not my new PIN.
