sd-mmc problem

hi guys i have a problem i hope somebody can help me,i used missing sync to mount my merriam-webster's card,to see what the mmc card brought and now when i try to access the dictionary in the palm it says "confirmation,wrong personal ID"and i cannot access the content ,can anyone help me ,what can i do? ,i cannot put any serial ,nothing ,in the program it looks like its blocked
