Please, be patient with me, I'm a begginner :D

My environment is:
* Windows 2000
* Cassiopeia E-125 (MIPS)
* eMbedded Visual C++ 3.0

When I try to debug a program in the device I get a
message box asking me to run the following line:

CEMEGRC.EXE /T:TLCESRV.DLL /D:200500005041554C4F00

I have NO IDEIA how to perform that t.
It never works.

Could please someone help-me?
