recording, watching TV programs?

Hi. I've just discovered this website through a google search. Looks like a lot of good information here.

I've purchased an rx3700 and I've heard you can record and watch TV shows on it using NevoMedia. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to do this? Do I need to purchase a TV tuner card for my computer?

This feature would be really nice for my morning commute. Thanks for any help!
