Can psiwin be had on floppy disks to install to laptop?

I need to install psiwin onto a toshiba laptop that does not have a cdrom and only a floppy drive, can I get psi win onto a set of floppies? any help would be appreciated.

Is it not an option to download PsiWin from the Net direct to the laptop?

Just tried that on PsiWin, to be sure - it splits down to 18 floppy-sized files, reassembles, and starts the installation routine just fine.
