Pretty good reviews over all. What I really like about this unit (over my 3600) is the replaceable battery! Gee, what a novel idea:rolleyes:
Seems that it's faster than it's cousin too, especially with the co-processor.
I didn't realize that the M5 could display portrait OR landscape maps. I don't remember reading that in the Garmin specs, yet the review on MSNBC pointed that out (maybe I missed it?). I wonder if he was just turning the M5 sideways ;) In that case, I just found an undocumented feature of my 3600. :p

All pocketpc that run Windows Mobile 2003 2nd edition (including M5) has the ability to switch the screen display back and forth between portrait and landscape. I think the reviewer just referred to that OS feature.
