Memo Pad stopped syncing

I'm about ready to toss this m105. I have the dried out capacitor thing happening when changing batteries. But now for some reason the memo pad data on my Palm Desk 4.1.4 won't sync to the m105. Looks like it stopped working after the last battery replacement since all that's there on the handheld is the PALM memos that come standard with the unit. I verified all my conduits are set correctly. I also use PUMA's Intellisync. This has always worked in the past and now doesn't.

Anyone have any ideas?
