5810 to 6710 Upgrade [Archive]

It seems T-Mobile now supports the 6710 (per their web site) as well as the web client (finally). I currently use a 5810 and want to upgrade to the 6710. I've caledl T-Mobile multiple times but cannot seem to locate anyone that can tell me what to do. Can I just buy one on EBay or from some other web site and move my SIM card from the 5810 to the 6710? Some of the T-Mobile reps said that was all I needed to do. Seems to me that the PIN and IMEI numbers from my current bb need to be changed on my account as well. Not sure. Anyone know how to make the upgrade?

Wait and get a Nextel Blackberry 6510 on December 2nd!

3. Better Support (Call any local sales office and ask for Data Account Executive)
