notes in outlook 2003 does not sync with Edition 2003

When entering a note in my IPAQ 4700 it will not sync so I can retrieve it in Outlook 2003 on my desktop and also when entering a note in Outlook 2003 can not find it inmy PDA

I have the same problem and I have v3.8.

I got it to initially to sync, but when I change an address, it does not update on the 4705.
