I updated Tracker Dog a month or so ago and I get this error in my log .

TrackerDog Start ---
--- TrackerDog preference DB version is different.
--- Conduit supports version 0x201.
--- The current Palm DB version is 0x220.
--- Please check if the conduit version is the same as the
--- version that you installed on Palm.
--- If you are upgrading TrackerDog to the new version,
--- please first run TrackerDog on Plam to update the DBs.
--- Error TrackerDog ---
Conduit 'TrackerDog' Error: Unknown error. (FFFF)
OK Voice

Not sure how to fix this problem. Is there a new conduit update I missed or what?

I got that same error when I upgraded Trackerdog on one computer but hadn't done it yet on the other (home vs. office). Redownload and install again on both machines (that assumes you're using two different computers to sync). If not, then sorry I interrupted! :)

Thanks Reinbeau, I do use two computers but havent synced to my laptop since I upgraded tracker dog so that is probably not the answer. I have been ignoring this message for a while but decided to try to fix the problem if I could. It is like there is an upgrade to the conduit???????

Yep, that's exactly what will happen when you do the install. You'll get another copy of TD to install onto your iQue, you can go into the Palm desktop install folder and delete it once you've done the install on the first computer. Or let it sync twice, you'll just generate an error in the log.
