I personally do not use the Treo 600, but my boss does. He wants me to find info on a problem he is experiencing.
He has been having reception problems and the phone cutting out. The phone would say - it was shutting down due to low battery (in the middle of a conversation with a customer!), but when he reset it, the battery was half charged - so the battery wasn't the issue. He thinks it may be more of an internal electronic problem.
Has anyone experinced this before? If I could find out, it might make me a here about now.... Many thanks.
