Best Price for City Select Europe?

Does anyone know of the best deal for buying City Select Europe in the USA. I need teh full product with unlock code etc.

The best I have found so for is with Caplink Technology, they sell v7 for $281 withfree fedex ground shupping.

The only places that list it for less seem to have questionable customer ratings. If you know the reputation of the dealer, go for it. Most well known dealers have charged about $300 for some time.
